While Taiwan is relatively unknown as a coffee producing origin, it has started producing limited quantity of specialty grade arabica in recent years with success backed by record breaking auctions results.
Located in Yulin, Taiwan, award wining producer, Hua Xi Tian, covers an area of about 3 hectares. Since 2021, it has been conducting production experiments, perfecting industry knowledge and cultivation techniques. With more professional field management, the coffee cherries harvested are processed to enhance their sweetness and aroma, creating richer texture and complexity.
In 2022, Hua Xi Tian, was awarded the 4th place in the 'Taiwan Fine Coffee International Auction', where its coffee producing notes of apple, citrus, and honey. In 2023, Hua Xi Tian's lot of 75% SL34 + 25% Yellow Bourbon was placed 5th in Taiwan COE.

This coffee is roasted by アアアアアア 豆焙所, in Taipei, Taiwan. This much famed micro roastery is in the heart of Taipei with a brew bar where customers can choose to brew their own coffee with an exquisite selection of coffee beans. There are a range of coffee brewers as well as grinders available at customer's disposal.
This amazing roastery is frequented by many international specialty coffee professionals including Paul from Diggy Doos, who absolutely adores this place.
