    Background: 

    Ruther, like many next-generation coffee producers, has been captivated by the ideals of extremely high-grade coffees. His family originally planted trees in an area that was not known as a coffee-growing region. Now he has forms a collection of varieties and is on the road to creating different processing methods to show case various flavours. 

    This is a Geisha variety lot, grown at 1850msl. It's fully-washed and slowly dried. It has the delicate floral iconic Geisha flavour profile, with notes of stonefruit and a silky mouthfeel.
